please Note: if we ship wrong Fabric or  if anu issue with Fabric or Damage,  we will be happy to replace or issue refund.

Note: Prior authorization is required for any return and Exchange product must be returned in new condition. We cannot accept any return and exchange if fabric is:

  • damaged, cut or altered.
  • clearance & final sale items.
  • We are unable to refund and Exchange after 7-days from the date you received the order.

Note for Express Shipping: If you have any deadline that you need to meet, you may select our Express Shipping Options: Priority Overnight (Next Business Day Delivery), 2-Day (Two Business Day Delivery), Express Saver (Three to Four Business Day Delivery) and place the order before the cut off time at 5 pm EST.

Step 1.  Place a paper towel directly top of the sticker label.

Step 2.  Place your hot iron on top of the paper towel around  40-50 seconds. So it can melt the adhesive on the sticker.

Step 3.  Then take off the sticker slowly.
