Note: Prior authorization is required for any return and Exchange product must be returned in new condition. We cannot accept any return and exchange if fabric is:

• damaged, cut or altered.
• clearance & final sale items.
• We are unable to refund and Exchange after 7-days from the date you received the order.
• For exchange, customers are responsible for all related shipping costs.

Note for New Customer: For all first time buyers, we can only ship the order to the valid billing address associated with the credit card used during the purchase. Please expect a call from us if we need further info.

Note for Express Shipping: If you have any deadline that you need to meet, you may select our Express Shipping Options: Priority Overnight (Next Business Day Delivery), 2-Day (Two Business Day Delivery), Express Saver (Three to Four Business Day Delivery) and place the order before the cut off time at 5 pm EST.

 If you are under a serious time crush but placed the order AFTER the cut off time and still require same day shipping, you MUST call customer service at 347-659-6812 and request confirmation if same day shipping is possible.

Fabrics USA all international order ship by UPS and FedEx currier but we still advice you to contact us by email (africanprintfabric@gmail.com) or Phone +1347-774-5575 with product number, quantity and full shipping address. So we will able to provide your better shipping rate and transit time.
